About
All our studios are located in the Kamienica Seredyńskiego . The building was completely renovated in 2020.
Kaminica Seredyńskiego is an extremely comfortable and modern accommodation in the center of Gdańsk. The old town with all its main attractions is easily reachable on foot.
Close to the "Brama Żuławska" tram stop, so you can easily move around the city. In Kaminica Seredyńska you will enjoy a stylish, comfortable stay at an affordable price and free Wi-Fi access.
We offer many different types of studios. You can rent it alone, with a boyfriend/girlfriend or with a friend ;)
The apartment is suitable for short- and medium-term rental. In the summer season, the facility is fully occupied by tourists.
During the rest of the year it is a perfect place for Polish and Erasmus students
It will be a place where you will spend the next months, during which it will become your HOME. :)
A place to study, work, sleep
There are 19 apartments in the tenement house. Most of them are divided into smaller micro-studios. In each unit you will find:
- a private bathroom with a shower cabin
- kitchenette with fridge, sink and electric hob
- a place to sleep (mezzanine or fold-out sofa)
- a place to study / work
- storage space
- Internet access
There is a washing machine on each floor, which can be used by tenants. The cost of one wash is approx. 10 PLN
The studios we offer are an interesting compromise between an apartment and a room for rent. They combine the best of these two options: on the one hand, a private bathroom, space for yourself and a low price, and on the other hand, a sense of living in a certain community and the opportunity to make new friends with your neighbors. It is more than a student residence, but less expensive than renting an apartment by yourself. In addition, ONCE a month our cleaning service performs a bathroom cleaning service - at our expense ;)
